GENERAL QUESTIONS
Flanavan has a Benimar Tessoro 463 model mounted on a 170hp Ford 2.0 automatic chassis and engine and another Elnagh Baron 26 model on a 165hp Citröen 2.2 chassis and engine. Both 2021 models.
Our goal is to offer you a rental motorhome in Galicia suitable for any of your last minute adventures. We would appreciate it if you would notify us 5 days in advance so that we can prepare the vehicle in time for the desired pick-up time. It is recommended to insure the motorhome you need as soon as possible, since we have few units. If you prefer to wait until the last minute, you may miss out on the perfect motorhome for your vacation.
The renter must be in possession of a valid ID / passport and driver’s license. (always ages over 25 years and a minimum of 2 years of driving license).
Additional drivers can be added before departure, previously identifying them in the contract and as long as they meet the age regulations and the minimum two-year driving license.
Our motorhomes can be driven with the usual car license, B.
You can drive a motorhome with the driving license B for cars if the trailer does not exceed 750 kilos in weight and if the motorhome does not exceed 3,500 kilos in weight and the nine squares. If this weight is exceeded, the B96 or B+E license must be obtained.

The motorhome is delivered to you in a professionally sanitized state inside and out. For the return, we ask you to do a basic interior cleaning, and our team will be able to prepare the vehicle in time for the next rental. To do this, clean all interior surfaces, sweep, make sure the holding tank and toilet compartment are empty and clean, and the motorhome is generally tidy.
Exterior washing is not required .
If the vehicle is not returned in acceptable condition on the day of delivery, a cleaning fee may apply.
On the day of collection of the motorhome you must bring:
– DNI or passport of the renter and all additional drivers
– Driving license of the renter and all additional drivers.
– Have the deposit deposited in the indicated account for full insurance coverage.
Please understand that we only deliver the vehicle if all the conditions are met.
When you pick up the motorhome, calculate approx. one hour for instructions and paperwork. Try not to plan a long trip for this day. Take your time on delivery. Together with our staff, make sure that the motorhome is fully equipped and that any damage is noted on the delivery report.

Foreign travel within Europe is permitted. Most European countries are authorized for all vehicles.
Travel to areas affected by war or crisis is prohibited.
Pets are allowed in the rental motorhome in Galicia. Provided that it has been previously communicated and accepted.
Vehicle must be to the same level of cleanliness when returned as when returned without a pet.

A motorhome in Spain must only camp in the legal spaces indicated for this practice. You can park without the risk of being fined, always following the minimum rules of use such as;

Yes, we deliver our motorhomes with fully equipped kitchens with everything you need.
Our motorhomes have a TV, fridge, freezer and kitchen. Mobile phones can be charged but for the use of other equipment that needs electricity, the motorhome must be connected to a 220v power outlet
The recommended speed on the motorway is not to exceed 100km/h, although the speeds allowed are the same as for cars.
Included: outdoor table and chairs, wedges, awning, TV, refrigerator, equipped kitchen, fire extinguisher, cleaning products, cylinder, chemical for WC, hose, extension cable and power adapter.

All our motorhomes in Vigo are diesel
When you deliver the motorhome, you will receive a full gas cylinder, which you can return empty without an additional fee.
At many service stations, motorhome areas and in most campsites , you will have the opportunity to refill or change gas cylinders.
Please note that there are different connections and different gas cylinders abroad and that you need an adapter to refill a German gas cylinder, for example .
You can get fresh water for refilling at many gas stations, RV parks, and campgrounds, as well as thousands of drinking water lakes or ponds. We will provide you with an application to help locate them more easily.

The insurance is fully comprehensive with excess to consult depending on the model, it has 24-hour roadside assistance.
Flanavan calculates prices per day. The day of collection and the day of return are counted as one day.
We work with flexible prices for the calculation. This means that our daily motorhome rental rates can change at any time, depending on supply and demand and also be adjusted depending on the characteristics of each trip.
Yes, we always ask for the security deposit to start the trip and it is necessary for the correct insurance coverage.
In case of cancellation of the reservation, the following cancellation charges will apply:
The following penalties will apply for cancellation of a rental contract: If you do it with an advance of 30 days or more With respect to the chosen date, we will refund the entire reservation.
If you do it between 15 and 30 days with respect to the chosen date, we will refund 50%. The charge of 100% of the reservation only takes place when the cancellation occurs before 14 days prior to the selected date
The mileage conditions are agreed by adjusting the rates depending on the km to be covered. Normally with reservations of more than 7 days, unlimited mileage is offered.
